On the most beautiful part of the Motovun hill, on a quiet street, where only a few vehicles of local residents pass by daily, and at the same time in the very center of Motovun, just a few steps from restaurants, taverns and terraces, there is a house dating back to 1760.<\/p>

What was once in extremely poor condition and needed complete renovation, is today decorated in simple Japanese wabi-sabi style.<\/p>

The works lasted three and a half years. Architect Nina Pahovi\u0107 from the Pahovi\u0107 architectural studio signed the first phase of the house renovation, the roof design, statics and the project concept.
