During the three and a half years of renovation, meticulous attention was paid to even the smallest details to ensure originality and authenticity were not compromised. Indeed, Villa Motovun remains exactly as it was at its construction. The stone slabs on the exterior lower terrace were carefully removed from the floor, cleaned exclusively by mechanical methods, and returned to their original place. Everything was hand-brushed and sandblasted, without any chemicals or other treatments.<\/p>\t <\/div> <\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

Fenster und T\u00fcren mussten wegen des Verfalls zwar ausgewechselt werden, wurden, jedoch, in ihren urspr\u00fcnglichen Dimensionen und Farben ersetzt. Die Au\u00dfenfassade wurde nach dem gleichen Prinzip erneuert. Au\u00dferdem wurde das Haus mit Materialien, die zur Sanierung von alten Objekten, wie z.B. Kirchen und Denkm\u00e4lern benutzt werden, verputzt. Mit ebenso umweltfreundlichen Farben wurde das Haus gestrichen.<\/span><\/p>

You enter the villa into the open space area of the ground floor, with a large living room, a dining room, and a beautiful, fully equipped kitchen.\u00a0 At your disposal is one bedroom with its own bathroom and a separate toilet for guests. The exit from that bedroom leads you to the terrace, and once you see the view from that terrace, you will rarely want to go back to the room. The terrace is also accessible from the living room. Bordered by low stone walls and a specially designed iron fence, this terrace offers a magnificent view that stretches endlessly.
