Sales and cancellation policy

Prepayment of 30% is required for the booking, the balance is due 30 days before arrival.

Payments are made via bank transfer. After successful booking you will receive all payment instructions.

The definitive reservation is valid within 3 banking days after receipt of the reservation deposit.

All prices include local taxes and service fees.

The wine in the wine cellar can be purchased according to the price list.

The final cleaning of Villa Motovun is included in the price.

Villa Motovun will be handed over in a cleaned and fully functional condition upon check-in. If you notice any deficiencies in cleaning or functionality, we ask that you report these to the owner/property manager immediately.

If you wish to change or cancel a confirmed reservation, please contact us by email info@villamotovun.com, subject to the cancellation policy.

Villa Motovun reserves the right to reject, cancel or modify reservations where it appears that the above contain or have resulted from a mistake or error.

If a guest has caused damage to the property or affected other guests of the property, Villa Motovun reserves the right to ask that guest to leave and forfeit any monies paid and will require the guest to pay for any damage caused.

If a guest behaves in an unacceptable or aggressive manner to other guests or Villa Motovun and security staff or is suspected of carrying out illegal acts on the premises, that guest will be asked to leave and the appropriate authorities will be notified. All monies paid will be forfeited.

Guests who reduce the length of their stay once in the house will not receive a refund on nights booked & paid
