In beautiful Motovun in Istria, we found an equally beautiful house owned by Željko Vukadinović, with a gross area of 200 square meters. The project in the first phase (roof and static calculations) was done by architect Nina Pahović, while the concept (interior and exterior architectural design) was done by designer Sandro Užila.

On the most beautiful part of the Motovun hill, on a quiet street, where only a few vehicles of local residents pass by daily, and at the same time in the very center of Motovun, just a few steps from restaurants, taverns and terraces, there is a house dating back to 1760.
What was once in extremely poor condition and needed complete renovation, is today decorated in simple Japanese wabi-sabi style.
The works lasted three and a half years. Architect Nina Pahović from the Pahović architectural studio signed the first phase of the house renovation, the roof design, statics and the project concept. Sandro Užila was responsible for the complete interior and exterior design.
